In 2011, while working at a language school, the Austrian company ESAROM commissioned group English lessons for its employees in Ukraine. Julia Viter, the Head of Sales Department, was present at these lessons. She actively attended classes and progressed rapidly. The lessons continued for about six months.

Two years later, Julia approached me and asked for individual lessons. At that time, she was working as a Key Account Manager at the international company ELOPAK. English proficiency was mandatory, so Julia decided to enhance her level. We started lessons with her and her husband, Sergey.
Learning
Moving to Canada
During the same period, Julia's company offered her a position in Canada. She and Sergey decided to accept the offer. However, to move, they needed to take the IELTS exam with a score above 6.0, as required by the Canadian immigration service. After assessing their English proficiency, it was decided to elevate their overall language proficiency.
We started lessons using a general English textbook at the B2 level. Julia and Sergey were highly engaged in the process, diligently completing assignments. They made such progress in their studies that, after about six months, they passed the IELTS exam with the required score. Remarkably, they achieved this without separate exam preparation. They were already proficient in handling the types of tasks encountered in the exam.
In 2015, Julia and Sergey successfully moved to Canada. But that's not all...

Further Success in Canada
Adapting to a new country and culture is not easy, but Julia and Sergey continued to enhance their English skills independently. Julia, in particular, focused extensively on professional development. She earned an MBA from one of the world's top schools, participated in numerous training sessions, and worked with a personal coach.
Initially, Julia worked at ELOPAK as a Sales Manager in Canada/USA. After two years, she advanced to the position of Director of National Accounts USA/Canada. Currently, she is the Vice President of Sales Region North America. Julia stands as a shining example of the heights one can achieve through persistence in learning English and reaching their goals.
